Nothing but light
Cross out of Maheśa-'s threshold and there's no ground underfoot anymore — only light. is that light: the spiritual effulgence radiating outward from the Supreme Lord's own body. The chart is careful about what it is not — not a material universe, and not empty space either.
A threshold, not a terminus
It's easy to stop here and call this light the final destination; many traditions do. theology treats reaching it, Brahman realization, as a real and complete realization of the Absolute — but reads it as a threshold rather than an endpoint, opening further into Bhagavān realization: the same light resolving into a person, with a form, qualities, companions, and things He actually does.

This is the chart's answer to a real fork in the tradition — some paths stop at formless light and call it liberation; the reading treats that light as real but incomplete, an invitation to keep going rather than an arrival.
