Accessibility

Amvrit is built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. This page states plainly what that means in practice and where to tell us if something falls short.

Automated testing

Every route on this site is crawled with axe-core against the WCAG 2A/2AA/2.1A/2.1AA rule sets as part of the build process; a page that fails the crawl fails the build.

Touch and keyboard

Every interactive control (markers, chips, cards, the map's detail sheet) has a minimum 44×44px hit area, a visible gold focus ring, and works from the keyboard alone, including Escape to close the map's detail sheet.

Motion

This site respects prefers-reduced-motion: page transitions, scroll-driven reveals, and the ambient center-marker pulse all shorten or stop for anyone who has that setting on.

Contrast

Text colors are chosen against this site's dark background to clear 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text, the WCAG AA thresholds.

Privacy

Analytics (Umami) is cookieless: anonymous aggregate counts only, no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no stored IP addresses. Browsers with “Do Not Track” set are not counted. See the About page for more.
