Śrāvaṇa śukla-dvādaśī — the twelfth day of the bright fortnight of Śrāvaṇa

Dates follow the Māyāpur (India) reckoning, the base of most published Vaiṣṇava calendars. The tradition sets each day by the tithi present at local sunrise, so your own date may fall a day earlier or later — see the calendar for your city.

Rūpa Gosvāmī, given the essence of Caitanya's teaching directly, wrote the works that still frame the tradition's theology of — the Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu and Ujjvala-nīlamaṇi. The chart's account of the five devotional moods and their gradation is his analysis. He is remembered as the head of the paramparā of instruction (the rūpānuga line) and his samādhi is at the Rādhā-Dāmodara temple in Vṛndāvana.
